To start, cut a strip of felt or fabric that is 2 inches tall by 3 inches wide. Using the bottle of wine for reference, cut a cone shape out of the felt and slip it onto the top. Once you have a nice fit, hot glue the back of the cone seam.
Then, hot glue a piece of faux fur to the bottom edge of the felt. Trim the strands to be longer in the middle and tapered on the ends. Glue the fur to the inside of the hat. To finish, add a pom pom or wood bead to the top of the hat for the hat brim. Glue the hat to the base of the bottle and you’re done!
