Gnome Restaurant osrs is a minigame in which players cook exotic gnome food and cocktails to a variety of gnome customers scattered across RuneScape, then deliver the goods to them before time runs out. To start, players must talk to Gianne jnr located in the Grand Tree. A minimum of 29 cooking is required to prepare the gnome dishes, while 42 is recommended to make the drinks (see the Gnome Cuisine special report for recipes). Players also need level 1 Agility, which can be trained on the Brimhaven agility course located beneath the Grand Tree.
Once a player has reached at least 29 cooking, they can speak to Gianne jnr and agree to work for him. He will then assign them a list of easy or hard orders to complete. Easy orders require 5 minutes to be made and delivered, with the customer always located within the vicinity of the Grand Tree. Hard orders will take 10 minutes, and the customer will often be farther away. Advanced transportation techniques such as gnome gliders, teleport runes or spirit trees are therefore recommended to get the orders out quickly.
Several ingredients are needed to make the gnome dishes and cocktails. The most important one is Gianne dough, which can be bought in large quantities from Aluft Gianne sr. The other important ingredient is cocktail shakers, which can be obtained by speaking to Blurberry at his bar near the Grand Tree. Heckel Funch sells the other cocktail ingredients in small quantities, while king worms and swamp toad legs can be picked up around the Stronghold swamp or stolen from gnomes (level 75 thieves can pickpocket them).
All the food is made at Gianne jnr’s restaurant, so it can be prepared in advance, stored there and then taken out for delivery when necessary. The cocktails are more tricky, however, since they require a combination of ingredients that must be bought from Heckel Funch, Aluft Gianne sr and/or Blurberry. Some of these ingredients can be found at the Grand Tree kitchen, where Hudo is able to sell them. Other items, such as the cocktail glasses and cocktail shakers, are only sold by the gnome bartender Heckel Funch, whom players can find east of the Grand Tree.
Once the player has delivered the orders, they must then return to Gianne jnr to collect their payment. The payments are made in the form of gnome gold, which can be exchanged at the bank for more cash. Players should not turn down hard deliveries, since doing so will result in a delay in being able to accept further hard assignments until the wait time is reset. It is also best to only turn down a hard order if it is not possible to deliver on time due to a quest or other reason. Players who do turn down an easy order may not be able to receive another for a few minutes, so it is worth accepting every one until the tokens are all capped.
