Gnome in Holly Hedges Fortnite Challenge

gnome in holly hedges

Holly hedge plants are a popular choice for garden fences, boundaries and enclosures. Their evergreen foliage provides year round colour and structure to the garden whilst their spiky leaves help to deter predators. They also have the added benefit of attracting a wide range of insects and birds to your garden. They are the perfect choice for the UK and work well in any style of landscaping project from formal to cottage gardens.

Gnome in holly hedges are loved by garden wildlife as their dense structure and berries provide shelter, protection and food for the nation’s favourite birds and small mammals. They are also highly adaptable and grow in a wide variety of conditions from exposed coastal sites to sheltered, inland locations. Their berries are particularly sought after by a number of British birds and wildlife species including hedgehogs, squirrels and dormice.

There is a new challenge available in Fortnite that requires players to collect four gnomes from Fort Crumpet and Holly Hedges. Players must search mounds of dirt in these areas for gnomes that will appear as glowing circles in the ground. This is a fairly easy challenge but the two locations will be quite busy with other players trying to complete it as well, so players should be prepared to be very patient in their search.

These gnomes must be collected rather than dug up like the first stage of Doggo’s requests, so they are much easier to find than those ones. Players simply need to walk up to each one and then hold down the interact button (Square on PlayStation, X on Xbox and Y on Nintendo Switch) for them to count towards the challenge.

The first gnome is located in Fort Crumpet, underneath the stairs on the ground floor of the central tower. The second gnome can be found inside the store on the fort’s northern edge. Finally, the third gnome is located in Holly Hedges, ensconced between three potted plants behind the central building.

YouTuber wgwYT has made a video detailing the locations of all four gnomes in both Fort Crumpet and Holly Hedges, so be sure to watch that if you need help locating them. Once you’ve collected all of the gnomes, you will be rewarded with some decent XP. Good luck!
