Fortnite Gnome Challenges – Fort Crumpet, Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges and Retail Row

Gnomes are everywhere in Fortnite this week as these cheeky garden ornaments appear in a handful of challenges. In particular, one involves digging up and burying them at various locations around the map. To do so, players will need to visit Fort Crumpet, Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges and Retail Row. We’ve put together a guide that will show you exactly where these spots are so you can get started on this week’s challenge.

In this challenge, you’ll need to dig up and bury two gnomes in each location. We recommend starting in Pleasant Park, which is located in the northwest area of the map near Stealthy Stronghold. Here, search for dirt mounds that are glowing blue. When you find one, hit it with a pickaxe to start the buried gnome. Once you’ve buried two in Pleasant Park, head to Fort Crumpet, which is northwest of Sweaty Sands and southwest of Coral Castle. Here, look for gnome number three along the west side wall. The final gnome is found in the outdoor section of the store in Holly Hedges, which resembles the garden section of a large department store. It is located between three potted plants.

The first spot at Fort Crumpet is actually quite easy to find, as it’s right inside the fort’s main entrance on the ground floor level. Just pass by the concession stand and take a left under the wooden structure to find it. The second gnome is found in the center of the fort on the ground level behind the stairs. It is the same as the previous gnome, only it’s on the opposite side of the structure.

Next, head to the central area of Retail Row. Look for a spray painted building with a gardening theme in the middle of the area, sort of like the plant section of a big department store. Inside, you’ll see the nursery’s gnome hiding in between some giant plants. The third gnome can be found in the outside section of the Gardening Store in Holly Hedges, which is located in the central area of the place that resembles the garden section of a big department store. It is in between the three matching plants in brown pots.

If you’re looking for the final gnome in Retail Row, you’ll need to head towards the center of the place that resembles the candy cane decorations out front. There, you’ll find a unique plant with a gnome burial mound. Once you’ve buried two of the gnomes in each of these places, you’ll be done with this challenge and can move on to other things in Fortnite.
