Creating a Gnome Christmas Tree

To get started, lay out six white trash bags and fold them into half. Cut them along the seam to produce two strips that measure about 1-1/2 inches wide. You’ll need two strips of this size for the beard on your gnome.

Use craft wire to cinch one end of each strip, then wrap it around a small piece of fabric stuffing and secure it with the wire. This will give the beard a puffy look and make it easier to hold in place.
