Once you have a glowing blue mound of dirt, all you need to do is approach it and strike it with your harvesting tool, and then the gnome will spawn. The gnomes spawn in groups of three, so it’s important to make sure you’re not in the same group as another player before striking the mound with your harvesting tool.

There are several gnomes to be found in Pleasant Park, and you’ll need to take your time and locate them. The first gnome is buried next to a tree, and it can be found at the northeast section of the park, shown as “A” in the map on Fortnite’s official site.
